OpenLaszlo is an open source platform for creating zero-install web applications with the user-interface capabilities of desktop client software. OpenLaszlo is based on LZX, which is an object-oriented language utilizing XML and JavaScript. Rich-client applications written with OpenLaszlo run across browsers and across platforms.
Unlike many Ajax solutions, however, OpenLaszlo applications are portable across browsers.
