IT Recruitment Process
OVERVIEW
Candidates have to go through several layers of personal and technical
screening before getting short-listed. For short-listed candidates
telephonic interview is arranged and if found suitable they are then
called for personal interview. Only after this process, we do forward
the resumes to our clients.
IDENTIFICATION
On receiving the client's requirements we shortlist suitable candidates
from our databank. We have a ready databank of thousands of software
professionals. We also carry out special recruitment efforts for specific
needs. For these special cases we give advertisement's in reputed
newspapers, in the classified sections published in all major cities.
Sometimes events like walk-in interviews are also organized.
PRELIMINARY EVALUATION
We have detailed guidelines for the preliminary evaluation stage.
The main aim is to verify the general suitability of the candidate
for the on-site assignments at hand.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Candidates are first interviewed on phone for minimum communication
capability, their interest and suitability for the job then only are
they invited with the latest copy of their resume, supporting documents,
passport and two passport size color photographs. To go into the depth
of their profile.
TECHNICAL EVALUATION
If candidate clears the preliminary evaluation stage and everything
matches with the recruiters requirement, only then is the candidate
short listed for Technical Evaluation. Technical evaluation too is
another systematic and detailed process.
RATING
There is a formal evaluation procedure for each of these above mentioned
steps. Total evaluation is of 100 marks. Minimum qualification criterion
is to obtain 60 %. Technical interview and Technical communication
are must to pass. Candidate failing in any of these two does not qualify.
FINAL APPROVAL
The candidates found suitable for on-site assignments are short listed.
In certain cases client representatives come to India to have a final
interview with the short listed candidates and makes the final offer.
SECURITY
To safe guard the interest of our clients, we arrange MOU between
the candidate and the client. To safeguard the client's investment
in the candidate we arrange from the candidate some security or bank
guarantee.
IMMIGRATION LOGISTICS
After candidate accepts an offer, we assist candidates and client's
in exchanging documents for the H1-B/ Working Visa/ Immigration processing
and to take care of other logistics involved in relocating the candidate
abroad.
