• Can estimate for modules

Minimum Experience: 3 - 6 Yrs.

Java Developer (JSE171208)

At least 48 months (4 years) web software development experience with core Java, AJAX, Struts framework, JSP developing complex business applications. Additionally, good database experience with SQL*Server or Oracle and understanding of software architecture, Sun Java certification.

Minium 4 years of IT experience.

Experience  in BA position 3+ years, Industry experience 5+ years, Qualification - Computer Science graduate or post graduate.

Business Analysts (BA171207)

• Ability to understand client’s business and elicit factors that influence such business
• Ability to understand business requirements, conduct gap analysis and elicit priorities from business stakeholders
• Understand and document organizational structure and business process flows across units
• Identify and document project objectives (goals) and define scope necessary to meet the objectives.
• Awareness of .NET, Java and PHP technologies and their capabilities in web/mobile/distributed/other environments
• Ability and willingness to study and understand how a technology works in order to be able to communicate with technical team and serve as a bridge between technical and business side
• Technical Aptitude to explore new solutions in best interest of the project.
