Devendra Deshmukh - Director & founder:

Devendra holds a master's degree in business administration with Information Systems as specialization from Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research (Mumbai University) and an engineering degree in electronics and telecommunication from Amravati University. He is a certified on 'Gemba Kaizen' from JMAM (Japan) and active member of CSI (Computer Society of India)

He has an experience of working with Indian software companies in both the operational and business development functions.

As a member of the leadership team, Devendra is actively involved in key alliances, strategic business planning, capacity growth, process initiatives, and business development. Devendra's current mission is to build e-Zest into a world-class, multinational company by bringing together outstanding individuals worldwide to be a part of the e-Zest team.

Devendra devours trekking, traveling, photography & social Work.  Devendra regularly delivers lectures on entrepreneurship at various forums & conferences.

Devendra is also co-founder of Webizus Technologies, the IT (Information Technology) consulting company.

Ashish Gupta -Director & founder:

Ashish holds an engineering degree in electronics and telecommunication also postgraduate diploma in Software Application Engineering and postgraduate diploma in business administration. He is also a IRCA, UK certified ISO 9001:2000 lead auditor. He has also done CRM certification from symbiosis, Pune.

He represents the top leadership in quality management aspects of the organization. He brings-in the knowledge management, document management, content management and CRM domain expertise for e-Zest.

He is actively involved in the client engagement process and is responsible for leading e-Zest's solution Architect’s Group (SAG) which helps customers architecting for technology to form a powerful business solutions and upgrading mission critical legacy systems to meet new demands of e-Business.

Ashish heads R&D at e-Zest. He is responsible for focusing e-Zest's technology resources in developing the most advanced solutions. He has an extensive technology background gained through years of experience in providing consulting and design for a variety of industries. Ashish has also worked on systems related technologies like CTI (Computer Telephony Integration), Voice technologies, Business Process Automation and distributed application development.

He envisions e-Zest to be traversing along the cutting edge technology so that e-Zest’s customers benefit the most from it.Ashish is an avid chess player and received best chess player award on all India university level.

Amol Pande -Director & founder:

Amol Pande has domestic and international functional expertise and experience of around 12 years.

As the top leadership member, Amol’s responsibilities include strategic planning and modeling, and implementing information technology solutions. He has management skills, including raising capital and enhancing top-to-bottom line results.

Amol is the inspiration of the organization for achieving the excellence in execution. Apart from looking after the over-all operations of the project execution he is also specialized in financial reporting and also guides the system administration team for looking into the IT security aspects of e-Zest.

Amol’s mission is to establish e-Zest as the most respected entity on the business aspects of fulfilling commitments and expectations of our clients. Amol works closely with e-Zest's clients who use offshore software development model to execute software development and maintenance projects.

Amol is an Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer. He is also an industry expert in e-business architecture design and implementation. Amol is a regular trekker and is very fond of traveling.

Sunil Dane - Director & founder:

Sunil Dane is co-founder and a member of the Board of Directors of e-Zest Inc., USA and e-Zest Solutions Ltd., India. Sunil is part of the founding team and has been associated with e-Zest since its inception. Sunil played a key role in the incorporation of e-Zest Inc. in USA. Business development, sales activities and acquiring key clients were some of the functions handled by him when he was in USA. Now, his key focus areas are improving customer experience, improving various aspects of delivery such as value delivered to customer, operations and services. His responsibilities also include fostering teamwork, innovation, and work values within the organization.

Between 2000 and 2008 he went on a long sabbatical and gained experience in various IT corporations such as Otis Inc, General Motors, American Express, Charles Schwab, Wells Fargo Bank and Barclays Global Investors. Sunil has more than 12 years of experience in the IT industry. His past experiences include consulting, project management, design/architecture and implementation of high volume applications. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree as well as a diploma in advanced computing from C-DAC. He is a SCRUM AGILE certified SCRUM master. Sunil has studied Human Factors and Team Dynamics under Project Management from the University of California - Berkeley.

An avid marathon runner, Sunil has run an entire marathon (42 KMs) at California international Marathon at Sacramento, California in Dec '08 and prior to this he ran the half marathon at Silicon Valley Marathon in San Jose, California. He ran these for a charitable organization called "Team Asha" that gathers charity for the education of underprivileged children in India. Sunil hopes to promote the same culture of staying healthy within e-Zest by sharing the social responsibility and giving something back to the society.

Michael Gondek – VP Business Development (North America)

Michael provides an overall leadership and execution of the marketing, sales, and business development, for e-Zest in North America. In addition, he provides direction and leadership for creating client and market demand, and go-to-market strategy development and execution.

Previously, Michael was the founder and CEO of Strategic Labor, Inc. (SLI), one of e-Zest’s clients, and led sales and marketing for this enterprise software company. He grew SLI sales in double-digits each year, and has a track record of building lasting relationships with clients. More than 98% of Strategic Labor clients were renewed each year. Prior to forming Strategic Labor, Michael was the Director of Workforce Scheduling Products at SmartTime Software. He has a Ph.D. in business management with an emphasis on Human Capital Management and has written extensively on the best workforce management practices in complex organizations.

Michael also has a Masters Degree in East European History and taught high school for six years. In his spare time, Michael is an actor and a singer, and has performed in many musicals and operas. He is active in the local community and serves on the board of directors of several arts organizations. He is also an avid golfer. He lives outside of Boston, Massachusetts with his wife and two children.
