The client, one of the largest financial institutions in the world used e-Zest’s services for successfully implementing a business intelligence model for customer profitability analysis. Customer had modules of transactional systems for finance and human resource in place. e-Zest helped the client by providing a solution based on the power of OBIEE+ (Hyperion) wherein different reports and dashboards were designed to analyze the profitability of products and internal & external customers. The solution helped the client to track the profitability of different aspects of business in dynamic business scenarios thereby providing improved business predictability and decision making capabilities.

The client was looking for a user friendly; web based planning and budgeting solution to eliminate the use of error prone spreadsheets from their tedious budgeting exercise. The pain points of client were a long and delayed budgeting exercise and collecting consolidated information from different entities of the business. e-Zest build a solution on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting solution which in turn brought the capability of viewing a single version of truth, decreasing the budgeting cycle from months to days, robust security measures. Modules like CAPEX, OPEX and Manpower planning and budgeting were implemented to improve the budgeting exercise across different departments. Solution helped client to track the expenditures of different undergoing real estate projects across different locations.
Solution also involved designing management and departmental level reports on Hyperion Financial Reporting solution.
