CafeManager 2000 software has changed the very nature of my work. Now as I am not engaged in entering and inspecting the time details, I can pay undivided attention to my customers. I could now open a beverage shop in addition to my cafe and can manage both. It has almost doubled my income.
As the customers are also becoming the fans of my cafe, they are booking seats in advance to get into it!

The market competition is tough out here and customer is not only price cautious but quality cautious as well.Sophisticated customers want justification in terms of time and money. Most of the customers prefer to be a member to avail the software services provided by CM2K.
I consider the CafeManager is a boon for Cybercafe owners to keep their customers happy, apart from assisting the cafe owner and administrator.

This systems technical robustness is beyond doubt as I am using this from last eight months. In particular, the outstanding customer's record keeping facility is very useful to me.
