Responsibilities
- Screening, shortlisting and scheduling interviews. Managing job postings etc
Desired candidate profile:
- Should have experience with USA recruiting & technical recruiting experience
- Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
- Ensure fast response and screen adequate number of qualified candidates for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner
- Should have general knowledge of various USA employment laws and practices.
- Skills in database management and record keeping.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in US IT recruitment is must
- Should have knowledge of US employment laws/ visa
- Should be ready for night shift
