Mr. Rajendra Babtiwale has experience in quality field for more than
two decades. He has previously worked with US based prominent quality
consulting firm 'ANAAR Consulting'. He has trained people from companies
like Geometric Software Solutions Ltd., Software company providing
engineering software solutions to their clientele, Godrej, Andhra
Pradesh Government, Harita Infoserve, Indal, Tata Yodogawa, Jamshedpur,
Al Anwar group of companies, Oman and many more domestic and international
companies.
His Job profile was to conduct workshops for domestic & international
Clients, Post Training Reviews, and Guidance, Facilitation and consulting.
TQM program is
based on Dr. Deming's philosophy. The model consists of " Awareness
about philosophy in the entire organization, Training on Problem Solving
Methodology, Business Planning, Process Review System, SPC & QFD
(New product Development).
He has implemented these quality principles at e-Zest, which in turn
are beneficial to our clients. At e-Zest, he regularly conducts quality
workshops to make people at e-Zest more quality oriented.

Shrikant
Shingane is Director (Technical) of 'Poseidon Technologies Pvt. Ltd.,
Bangalore, India' - a premier embedded systems and VLSI Development
Company. He is currently managing of product named 'App2Chi - A proprietary
X-ADL based methodology. X - ADL is a XML based architecture definition
language, which describes Processor architecture along with its instruction
set with all the details.
He had previously
worked with Oracle UK and PSI Data Systems Ltd., Subsidiary of Group
Bull (France) for various Software Development and Softare Design
assignments.
Shrikant holds
an engineering degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Computing
form C-DAC, Mumbai.
Shrikant Sathe- Advisor
Mr.Sathe is veteran banking expert turned into hard-core software
professional and has experience of more than two decades years in
Bank Computerization. He was involved in the development of software
for Foreign Exchange departments of nationalized banks mainly Dealing
and Dealing backup departments. To his credit there is first Windows
based Total Branch Automation software developed by him in Power builder
and Oracle 8.0. This software is matured now and is in use with many
bigger Co-Operative banks and District level banks in India. This
is also first of its kind Bilingual software in the industry approved
by many banks.
