Project Scope:
Project Tracking System provides FW Employees and Management a way to track hours spent on each project at the task level. This has been achieved by allowing managers to define and create tasks for each project, budget hours for each task and specify start and end dates for each task. Employees working on a project are able to log the time spent on various tasks by date using the application interface. For a given period, managers can generate reports that provide a snapshot of the project progress in terms of Actual Hours spent vs. Budgeted Hours, Projected Dates vs. Actual Dates, and Hours spent by each employee on a project/task etc. Employees are able to generate a timesheet for any given period of time to submit to management.
Project Tracking System is proving to be the cost saving and effective on-line project management solution for the client.
