contract from US based leading provider of workforce optimization

This product is completely automated employee scheduling system that

accurate record-keeping, enabling companies to effectively manage
large, complex work environments with 1000+ employees. This employee
Scheduler product delivers robust scheduling solutions to organizations
with complex employee scheduling needs. Current version of product
is a Visual FoxPro - based application, evolved since 1989, currently
in version 8.0 and already installed at almost 100 clients.
e-Zest will be developing next generation product with enhancements
on J2EE technology platform. This next generation product will address
many of the limitations of the current version, and will allow e-Zest’s
client to pursue market segments that it can not currently pursue,
either because of limitations concerning scalability or functionalities
of applications. Development of product using J2EE technology helps
to provide the better application scalability and performance benefits.
Next generation product will be released in two versions expedited
Standard version and full featured Enterprise version over next 12
months.
